All special order items are ordered from our supplier and are usually dispatched within 5-14 working days. In addition to estimated dispatch times, please allow approximately 3-14 days for shipping. Once your item is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Thank you for your patience.

Supply Update

We keep a large range of part numbers in stock, but we do have over 250,000 parts available for purchase.  Some parts are ordered from the manufacturer (i.e Makita), after you place your order.  If you order the incorrect part we are unable to refund or accept returns as this had been specifically ordered for you.
