Our standard flat-rate shipping applies to orders weighing up to 5kg delivered to metropolitan areas within Australia.

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate deliveries.
Where free shipping is offered, it applies to eligible metropolitan Australian addresses only.

Any additional insurance charges will be advised before your order is dispatched.
Please inspect your order as soon as it is received.
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with:
Photograph the packaging before opening.
Notify the delivery driver where possible.
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please include your order number and photographs of the packaging and damaged goods so we can assist with your claim.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
If an incorrect address is supplied and additional freight charges are incurred, these costs may be payable by the customer.
