How do I know if an item is in stock?
We offer access to over 250,000 genuine spare parts, accessories and tools. Many products are sourced directly from our suppliers rather than held in-store.
If your order is urgent, please contact us before ordering and we'll happily check availability.
How long will my order take?
Most orders are dispatched within a few business days.
Some products are specially ordered from our suppliers and may take up to 30 days to dispatch.
If there's an unexpected delay, we'll keep you updated and provide the option of a replacement or full refund where appropriate.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn't been processed or ordered from our supplier, we'll do our best to help.
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

How do I find the correct spare part?
To help us identify the correct part, please provide:
✔ Tool brand
✔ Model number
✔ Part number (if known)
✔ Photos of the tool or damaged part
The more information you provide, the faster we can help.
Are your spare parts genuine?
Yes.
We specialise in genuine spare parts and accessories supplied through authorised Australian distributors and manufacturers.
I can't find my part online.
Don't worry!
Not every product we supply is listed on our website.
Contact our team and we'll do our best to source it for you.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes.
We deliver Australia-wide using trusted courier and postal services.
How much does shipping cost?
Our standard flat-rate shipping covers most metropolitan deliveries.
Additional freight may apply for:
• Heavy items
• Oversized products
• Regional or remote locations
If additional freight is required, we'll contact you before dispatch.
Can my order arrive in multiple deliveries?
Yes.
Some items are shipped directly from our suppliers while others are dispatched from our Burleigh Heads store.
It's normal for larger orders to arrive in separate parcels.
Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes!
Simply select Click & Collect during checkout.
We'll let you know as soon as your order is ready.

🔄 Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes.
We accept approved returns within 30 days provided the item:
✔ Is unused
✔ Has not been installed
✔ Is in its original packaging
✔ Is suitable for resale
A 20% restocking fee applies to approved change-of-mind returns.
Please contact us before returning any item.
Who pays return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:
• The wrong item was supplied
• The item is faulty
• Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank, this may take several business days.

Are your products covered by warranty?
Yes.
All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty together with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
My product has developed a fault. What should I do?
Simply email us with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos if applicable
We'll guide you through the warranty process.
