At ALLTOOLS Burleigh, we want you to shop with confidence. If you have any questions about a product before placing your order, please contact us—we're happy to help ensure you order the correct item.
If you've changed your mind or ordered the incorrect item, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return:
The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, uninstalled, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
Returns must be approved by ALLTOOLS Burleigh before being sent back.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
A 20% restocking fee will apply to approved change-of-mind or incorrectly ordered returns.
Please note that some products may not be eligible for return, including:
Special-order or non-stock items sourced specifically for your order. This applies to Makita spare parts. All Spare Parts are deemed to be 'Special Orders'.
Products that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged after delivery.
Items returned without prior authorisation.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or we have supplied the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing spares@alltoolsburleigh.com.au.
Please include:
Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Photos of the product and packaging where applicable.
We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible by arranging a repair, replacement, refund, or another suitable remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you by email of the outcome.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Where applicable, the approved refund will be less the 20% restocking fee.
Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
If you haven't received your refund after you've been notified that it has been processed:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card provider, as refunds can take several business days to appear.
Contact your bank, as processing times vary.
If you've done all of the above and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at spares@alltoolsburleigh.com.au.
Sale, clearance and end-of-line items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
We only replace items if they are faulty, damaged, or an incorrect item has been supplied.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for the cost of returning products.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure or does not meet the consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as provided by law.
